Pleasanton Weekly Oak Grove Update- Oak Grove Developers File Suit

Noted on a Pleasanton Realtor website the Lin family owners of the Oak Grove Property in Pleasanton have filled a law suit in Alameda County Superior Court against their opponents Save the Pleasanton Hills.
The suit was filled on the basis that the 5,225 opposing signatures collected by Save the Pleasanton Hills was collected with out presenting the proper information and making misleading statements about the Oak Grove project when requesting signatures.
