Green TreeAn Alameda County Court granted a temporary restraining order to prevent the Pleasanton City Council from certifying a referendum petition to overturn the Oak grove subdivision in Pleasanton. The decision came Tuesday after the Lin family felt the process was flawed how the signatures were collected.

 

A February 5th hearing is scheduled to determine if the temporary restraining order should become a preliminary injunction dissuading the Save the Pleasanton Hills mission.
